STUFFED TURKEY BREAST

Ingredients
1 boneless turkey breast of 500 grams approx
250 g of Osom blueberries.
220 grams of cream cheese
150 gr of big onion
250 gr of smoked bacon
50 gr of cashews
pepper to taste
Step 1
Take the turkey breast and open it up like a butterfly. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2
Spread cream cheese, blueberries, thinly sliced onions (feathers), and cashews on the turkey.
Step 3
Place strips of smoked bacon on top, overlapping with each other.
Step 4
Wrap the turkey breast with bacon using film. Put the wrapped breast in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the cling film and tie the breast with cooking thread to secure the bacon.
Step 6
Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat and brown the breast on all sides.
Step 7
Transfer the browned breast to a preheated oven tray at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 64 degrees Celsius.
