Ingredients
150 g of Osom blueberries
250 grams of strawberries
1 large banana
2 cups of almond milk
1 tablespoon of honey
40 gr of oatmeal
1 teaspoon of Chia seeds.
Step 1
Freeze the blueberries, strawberries, and bananas overnight.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients in a blender or processor, blend well.
Step 3
Serve and decorate with cinnamon powder.
