BLUEBERRY MOCKTAIL

2 Servings

15 min.

Ingredients

125 g of Osom blueberries
60 g of lemon juice
20 g peppermint
40 grams of sugar

1 whole lemon
125 ml orange juice
60 ml of soda
Ice

Step 1

We’re going to start this recipe by gently pressing the mint leaves, but be careful, don’t break them! After we have our mint leaves ready to go, put all your ingredients from the list in two large glasses and stir with a long spoon until the sugar is diluted.

Step 2

Finally, to add some garnish and decoration to your mocktail, cut the lemon into wedges and gently place them on the rim of each glass.

Some “Osom” tips for you!

Before using the glasses, fill them with ice and stir them for 5 minutes, then throw the ice away. Doing this, the drink will be cold for longer, and the ice won’t dilute the flavor.

Don’t crush the peppermint too much so the leaves won’t oxidize and give a bitter taste to the cocktail.

Don’t use all the mint leaves, leave some to decorate the glass.
