BLUEBERRY JAM

Ingredients

250 g of Osom blueberries
50 grams of lemon juice
140 grams of sugar
100 gr of orange juice

25g of ginger
20 g mint

Step 1

In a medium sized pot, place half of the blueberries, add the orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, and the previously peeled and grated ginger. Cook in low heat and stir occasionally.

Step 2

When the blueberries have loosened up, add the other half of the blueberries and the minced mint.

Step 3

Cook and stir occasionally until the mixture thickens.

Some “Osom” tips for you!

To easily peel ginger, use a spoon and gently scrape it until you see the almost white root.

When the jam cools down, it may have a thicker consistency, add a bit of water if you feel this is necessary.

Lemons, oranges, and sugar will preserve the jam longer and those rich flavors it has.
